PART 1 –Strategy

Spread Out Collection

This works specifically only for toy brands like LEGO. How classic LEGO spacemen mini figures in different colours are just a collector’s favourite!

What they do is spread out the pieces of the different spacemen in different sets, making the collectors buy all of the different sets and essentially giving the company a massive profit.

This is actually a really overpowered marketing style, which in my recommendation, LEGO has milked dry!

But not looking at that, it really is an amazing marketing style!

Also, all the classic spacemen look really good together.

PART 2 – Brand Story

From a Wooden Toy-Making Company to a Multi-Billion Dollar Company — The Story of LEGO:

In 1932, in the small Danish town of Billund, a carpenter named Ole Kirk Christiansen began making wooden toys. Times were tough, but Ole kept going with a simple motto:

“Only the best is good enough.”

He named his company LEGO, combining two Danish words: “Leg Godt,” meaning “Play Well.”

In 1942, tragedy struck — his workshop burned down. But instead of quitting, Ole rebuilt. Then in the late 1940s, he took a risky decision: he invested in a plastic injection molding machine (PIMM) when everyone else still believed wood was king.

In 1958, Ole’s son Godtfred improved the design, making the LEGO brick we know today — with interlocking tubes that gave it clutch power and endless building possibilities.

And that very same design is still used today, all while having an unlimited range of what you can do!

PART 3 – Two Good Books

The Consulting Way by Sandeep Chatterjee

The Consulting Way is a practical guide that reveals how top consultants think, solve problems, and deliver value through structured analysis, clear communication, and client trust.

Steve Jobs - by Walter Isaacson

Steve Jobs by Walter Isaacson is a deeply detailed biography that explores Jobs’ brilliant yet volatile personality, tracing his journey from a rebellious young visionary to the co-founder of Apple who revolutionized technology, design, and culture through sheer obsession with perfection.

PART 4 – Quotes

“The love of inventing never dies.”

Karl Benz

“A product without a spirit is just a machine.”

Takeshi Mitarai (Founder of Canon)

PART 5 – Action of the Week

Create a special item with only one made in the entire world! Go to a specific location and start live streaming — tell people that whoever reaches you first gets that special item.

This makes your brand recognizable even from the other side of the world. Plus, it helps in increasing the popularity of your brand.
